* Payments for paid services are required in advance.

Vyapar Nivesh is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons, agents or third parties.

Once a paid service is subscribed to or activated, the payment made by the User is generally non-refundable.
Vyapar Nivesh provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee:
* Business inquiries
* Sales conversions
* Lead quality
* Business profits
* Specific results
Therefore, no refund claims based on expectations, business performance or lead quality shall be entertained.

No Refund in Following Cases
Refunds shall not be applicable in the following situations:
* Change in business preference
* Delay caused by incomplete client response
* Delay in submission of required material/content
* Dissatisfaction due to business performance
* Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
* Account suspension due to policy violations
* Non-usage of subscribed services

For website designing or development services:
* Clients must provide required materials, approvals and feedback on time.
* Delays caused by the client shall not qualify for refund.
* Once a project/order enters processing or development stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
* Additional changes after approval stages may be chargeable.

Fraudulent Transactions
Users are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and payment instruments.
Vyapar Nivesh shall not be liable for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions conducted due to negligence by the User.

Service Suspension
Vyapar Nivesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
* Fraudulent activity
* Misuse of platform
* Violation of Terms & Conditions
* Illegal or suspicious activity
No refund shall be applicable in such cases.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes related to payments, refunds or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located ONLY in New Delhi, India.
